Many moissanite cards and certificates on the market are simply product accessories and should not be confused with internationally recognized diamond grading certificates such as GIA.
To avoid misleading customers, we do not provide these marketing-style certificates by default. However, we can guarantee that every moissanite stone we use will pass a diamond tester (diamond pen) hardness test.
This product is made to order. Once your order has been confirmed, we generally do not accept cancellations or returns.
Simply choose your preferred design, size, and material, and we will craft your piece from scratch just for you.
This is not a mass-produced or pre-made item. Each piece is handcrafted, so please allow approximately 2 weeks for production.
Since materials are allocated and production begins specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
