How to make Grillz
You can send us your resin or plaster dental mold, or alternatively a 3D oral scan file (this is the most convenient option and saves a lot of time). Once we receive the file, we can immediately start the design process.
Dental molds can be made at home by purchasing materials yourself (if you are not confident with DIY, we do not recommend making the mold yourself).
A 3D oral scan can also be done at a dental clinic. We support STL, PLY, and OBJ formats. After obtaining the file, please download and send it to: jojohiphopjewelry@gmail.com
If you cannot access any of the above, we can also send you a mold-making kit.
Production Standards
We strictly manufacture based on the mold or digital files provided by the customer.
The quality of the mold or scan directly affects the comfort and fit of the final product.
The mold must clearly capture the teeth and gum structure.
If fit issues occur due to the provided mold or data, it will not be considered a product defect.
After-Sales & Production Time
For gold-plated products, we offer one free cleaning and refurbishment service within one year.
When not wearing the grillz, rinse with water and store only after fully drying and sealing.
Grillz are custom-made fashion accessories and should be removed during eating and sleeping.
Once production has started, the order is considered final.
Each piece is handmade with care, so please allow 2–4 weeks for production. Timing may vary depending on complexity and workload.
