Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in resalable condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Any item that has been altered or damaged—including signs of wear, stains, scratches, or perfume odors—will not be eligible for return. Such items will be sent back to you at your expense.
Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds:
- Custom or semi-custom jewelry
- Grillz
- Orders with custom materials, colors, sizes, gemstones, engravings, or other personalized requests
- Solid sterling silver, solid gold, or other precious metal custom-made items
- Pre-order items
- Engraved items
- Special order items
- Impression kits
- Gift items
- Final sale items
Because materials are allocated and production begins shortly after your order is placed, custom orders become final once production has started.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To qualify, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. You must also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
