Each piece is custom-made to your dental mold or 3D scan, allowing us to create a design that follows the shape and contours of your teeth.

Please note: The stone sizes may vary throughout the design depending on the shape and area of each tooth. The 1.3mm stone is the primary stone size, rather than the only stone size used.
Grillz are decorative jewelry pieces and should be removed before eating or sleeping. Custom orders enter production once manufacturing begins. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production, depending on the complexity of the design.
How to Make It
You can send us your resin or plaster dental mold.
Alternatively, you can send us a 3D oral scan file. This is the most accurate and convenient option and can save a significant amount of time. Once we receive the file, we can arrange to start the design process.
3D oral scans can be done at a dental clinic. We support scan file formats such as STL, PLY, OBJ, and more. You will need to download the file and send it to us at: jojohiphopjewelry@gmail.com
If you’re unable to obtain either of the above, you can purchase our dental mold kit.
Production Standards
We strictly manufacture each piece based on the dental mold or file data provided by the customer.
The quality of the dental mold or scan file directly affects the comfort and fit of the finished product.
The teeth and gum areas in the mold must be complete, clear, and accurately captured.
If the finished product does not fit properly due to issues with the dental mold or scan data provided, this will not be considered a product quality issue.
Since this is a custom-made product, once production has started, the order is considered final.
Each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for production.
The exact production time may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and current production conditions.
